A Realtor Who Cares & Can Get the Job Done
I grew up in Greenwich and think it is a very special place. In Greenwich we have people who care about the community and volunteer a lot of their time to make it a better place for everyone.
For most people buying or selling a house in Greenwich will be one of the most important things they do and having a Realtor with the needed skills is essential. I practiced real estate law for many years and know the planning and zoning regulations, the Inland Wetland regulations, the Zoning Board of Appeals process, setbacks, FARs, green area requirements, radon mitigation, asbestos remediation, and even termite treatment. I negotiated international asset backed loans so helping clients with today’s bank financing complexities or more exotic forms of financing is just another deal for me. I also ran my own interactive marketing company and know the online world where over 90% of all real estate searches start today.
I’m a member of the President’s Circle for top 3% of agents in the U.S. Here in Greenwich I’m on the Greenwich RTM (Vice Chair of the Education Committee); the Greenwich Land Trust (Acquisition Committee), the Greenwich Bar Association, the Rotary Club (Director), and the Round Hill Association (President.). I’ve been on Bloomberg TV and WCBS-AM and quoted in the Greenwich Time, Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Forbes and other publications about Greenwich real estate. I have a B.A in economics from Dartmouth College and a J.D. from SMU.
