The honest answer is both. When a client hires me, they get me. I am the one sitting across the table, the one they call, the one who walks them through the decisions that matter. That does not change. What also does not change is that I have spent years building a team around that relationship, so a client gets my personal attention and the depth of a full team supporting it.
A lot of the transactions I am part of are not casual ones.
